Job Title: Campus Administrator
Location: Menlyn, Gauteng, South Africa

Job Summary:
The Campus Administrator is responsible for all the general administrative tasks on campus in support of the Management Team, to ensure regulatory compliance in respect of Occupational Health and Safety (including COVID-19 compliance), support in terms of HR administration as well as operational administration and oversight with regard to cleaning, maintenance and planning and co-ordination of student activities. Aligned to this the Campus Administrator must ensure a quality student and staff administrative service and experience.

A minimum requirement of a Matric but a post school qualification more advantageous.
At a minimum 3 years proven experience in academic and programme administration.
Technical knowledge of integrated Quality Assurance Administration to comply with accreditation criteria.
Knowledge of which OHS.
Technical skills in the use of the ICAS Student Information System
Organized Administration Systems and Practices that adhere to policies and procedures.
Computer literacy is essential especially in Office365, MS Outlook, MS Word and especially MS Excel.

Orientation and student activities:
Administration of meetings and activities on campus
Oversight of cleaning and maintenance staff including security
Record keeping
OHS Compliance, training, and Coordination
General Administrative tasks
Requirements
